What a Labrador Retriever needs

Labradors like to lie flat on their side, so length matters more than height. They shed twice a year in earnest and a little every day. A zipped cover you can wash every week is not a luxury here. Most are food driven, which is why a closed feeding drawer earns its place.

Length: Nose to tail base plus 15 cm, about 100 cm.
Height: Clears a standing head by 8 cm, about 90 cm.
Width: 70% of the length, room to turn and curl up. About 70 cm.
