What a Whippet needs

Whippets have almost no body fat and a very thin coat. They feel the cold and look for somewhere to burrow. A covered nest with raised sides and a soft lining is what they choose on their own. Their bony frame needs a deep, soft base rather than a firm one.

Length: Nose to tail base plus 15 cm, about 85 cm.
Height: Clears a standing head by 8 cm, about 80 cm.
Width: 70% of the length, room to turn and curl up. About 60 cm.
