Returns and defects
Every piece is built to your measurements and your finishes. That is why it cannot be returned when you change your mind. If anything is wrong with it, we put it right.
Made to measure, so no returns
We build each piece only after you approve its drawing, to your dog or cat, your room and the finishes you chose. Goods made to the customer's specifications are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal (Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive). We do not accept returns or exchanges of a correctly made piece.
Before we build, you see a scaled drawing and can ask for samples of the finishes. Small changes to the drawing are free until you approve it.
If something is faulty
Your statutory rights for defects are not affected. If a piece has a defect in materials or workmanship, or does not match the approved drawing, we repair it, replace the faulty part or rebuild the piece, at our cost. If that is not possible, you get a price reduction or your money back as the law provides.
Damage in transport
Every piece travels crated and insured. Please check it when it arrives. Note any visible damage on the delivery papers, take photos and send them to us within 48 hours. We sort it out with the carrier and fix or replace the part.
