A golden ratio sideboard, the biggest square is the den

Fibonacci

The biggest square is your dog's den, and every square after it shrinks by the golden ratio into a cupboard, two drawers and a slot for the lead. Change the dog in the studio and the whole sideboard regrows, the spiral milled across every front in one piece.

A mantel and hearth, the firebox is the den

Hearth

Every dog knows the spot in front of the fire, and now your flat has one. The firebox is cut to your dog's length and height, and a low warm LED glows behind the cushion, with no flame and no heat.

A desk with a cat cave inside and a pop-up hole in the top

Cuckoo

Your cat climbs up inside the desk and pops its head out of a round hole beside your laptop. When you need to work, the disc we cut out of your desktop drops back in as the lid.

A 1960s television set, and your dog is the programme

Channel

A 1960s television on tapered legs, and the only programme is your dog. The screen is cut to your dog's height, colour bars light up the back wall at night, and the control strip hides a cupboard for leads and treats.

A coffee table with a tunnel straight through it

Underpass

Dachshunds were bred to go underground, so this coffee table has a tunnel straight through it, with a way in and a way out. Round windows sit at your pet's eye height when it lies down, for a dachshund, a small dog or a cat.

A dog bed level with yours, a cat cave underneath

Co-sleeper

Your dog sleeps right beside you, on a mattress that meets yours flush at the same height, open on your side and with low rails on the other three. Under the deck there is a round cave for the cat, two drawers or a shelf, and a ledge at the head end holds your lamp.

A sideboard with a cat runway through the top row

Catwalk

Your cat walks the whole length of this sideboard inside its top row, through round doors from room to room, with portholes at its own eye height. At the end waits a cushioned cubby, and the lower row stays yours for plates, books and records.

The workshop

Built for one animal, in our own workshop

Every piece is cut on our own CNC machines in Tomislavgrad from EGGER boards, with Blum hardware. You see the drawing and the fixed price before anything is built.

Premium materials. Not cheap, and for a reason.

We build only with the materials of high-end kitchens, and we do not cut corners to reach a pet shop price. A piece costs more than a crate, and it is made to last for years in a room you live in.

EGGER boards from Austria: Furniture boards from one of the largest makers in Europe, in over 350 wood, colour and stone-look decors. The same boards as in good kitchens.
Blum hardware from Austria: Drawers, hinges and lift-ups from Blum that close softly. The hardware kitchen makers trust.
Made to measure in our workshop: Every board is cut for your pet and your room on our own machines, edged and checked before it leaves. Nothing comes from a warehouse.

Questions about the designs

Can I change a design?

Yes. Every part opens in the studio: the size, the openings, the drawers, the base and 348 finishes.

Is the price on this page fixed?

It is the starting price at a small size, without transport and import VAT. With the drawing you get a fixed price, and you pay nothing until you approve it.

What are they made of?

EGGER boards from Austria in over 350 wood, colour and stone-look decors, with Blum hardware and washable fabric cushions. Where a design has a light, it is a warm LED.

How long does it take?

6 to 10 weeks from the approved drawing.
